Our story
Born from a lifetime in education and a passion for the markets
Apex Market Mentor & Adviser brings together the two things our Founder and CEO, Raja Saad Khan, cares about most: helping people learn, and understanding how markets build lasting wealth.
Raja Saad Khan has spent more than forty years in education, from teaching science in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to leading the reform of Pakistan’s technical and vocational training system with GIZ. Through every role, one conviction stayed constant: the right knowledge, taught practically, changes what people can achieve.
Alongside that work runs a lasting passion for the financial markets. AMMA is where the two meet. We teach investing, leadership and enterprise the way a good educator would, clearly and step by step, grounded in the realities of Pakistan’s economy and the PSX.

Raja Saad Khan
Chairman · Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Raja Saad Khan brings more than four decades of experience in education, public service and institutional reform to AMMA.
He began his career in 1985 as a science educator in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, served in the Civil Service of Pakistan for almost eighteen years, and led the Education Sector Reforms Unit of KP’s Elementary and Secondary Education Department as Programme Director.
From 2011 to 2022 he was Deputy Head of GIZ Pakistan’s TVET Sector Support Programme, helping the Government of Pakistan reform technical and vocational training through the National Vocational Qualification Framework and competency-based training built with industry. Today he is a Senior Technical Advisor at I-SAPS and Regional Head of Delight Equity for Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
